1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories are included.

  • The product is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • Products damaged after delivery.

  • Gift cards (if applicable).

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method or as otherwise agreed.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after the required account details are provided.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Photos or videos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if it meets our return conditions.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
